Watermark still visible after purchase?

If watermarks are still visible in your 360° video or 2D highlight clip after purchasing your video, please try the following steps:

  1. Check with your payment method provider to see if the payment was successful.
  2. Log out of your account and log back in.
  3. Go to www.moviepark.captivr.net.
  4. Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner.
  5. Select Log Out.
  6. Close the tab.
  7. Reopen www.moviepark.captivr.net.
  8. Log in with your existing account details.
  9. Check whether your video is now displaying correctly.
