Watermark still visible after purchase?
If watermarks are still visible in your 360° video or 2D highlight clip after purchasing your video, please try the following steps:
- Check with your payment method provider to see if the payment was successful.
- Log out of your account and log back in.
- Go to www.moviepark.captivr.net.
- Tap on the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Select Log Out.
- Close the tab.
- Reopen www.moviepark.captivr.net.
- Log in with your existing account details.
- Check whether your video is now displaying correctly.
